Experience a focused 60-minute virtual Pilates session tailored to your individual needs. This one-on-one training offers expert guidance to improve your strength, flexibility, and posture from the comfort of your home. Perfect for all levels, the session ensures personalized attention to help you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively. This session can utilize mat exercises (body weight only), or if you have Pilates apparatus and/or weights/small props available those can be utilized as well.
All training is conducted via zoom. A zoom link will be sent you 24hrs prior to your session. A 24hr notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancelling or rescheduling your session less than 24hrs in advance will result in a loss of any money paid and you will need to purchase an additional credit for your next session.
